The 19-year-old daughter, Pooja Malang, returned home around 10 pm on Wednesday, entered the house with a dao (machete) and beheaded her mother, Anumai Malang (42). The father and sister were injured while attempting to intervene. The daughter took the severed head and left the house. The mother’s body was sent for postmortem.
