Raut alleges PAP flats allotted to ineligible people using Lodha’s letterhead
Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut wrote to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis alleging a fraud in the allotment of project affected persons (PAP) flats. He claimed a group named ‘Hindu Sakal Samaj’ diverted flats to ineligible beneficiaries using minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha’s letterhead, identifying a kingpin and fake documents. Lodha declined comment when contacted by HT.

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut writes to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis alleging fraud in allotment of flats meant for project affected persons (PAP). He alleges a group called Hindu Sakal Samaj is diverting flats to ineligible people and using skill development minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha’s letterhead. He names Virendra Pratap alias Babloo Singh as the kingpin, claims fake documents and stamps were used to influence official lists, and cites the Govandi East Samarpan Society where flats were allegedly registered under a non-existent name Ajit Dhanaji Kadam, with ineligible individuals Suresh Gupta, Anil Gupta and Sheela Gupta.
