In a crackdown on narcotics offences, the Andhra Pradesh government invoked the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (PIT NDPS) Act against Valluri Nagamani, 26, a resident of Tadepalli town in Guntur district.
