Noida launches sewer-line and pumping-station projects in villages to curb sewer overflow

The Noida Authority laid the foundation stone for projects to lay new sewer lines and install pumping stations in Barola, Sarfabad, Wazidpur, Hazipur and Chhikasri to address sewer overflow. Baraula: 10 MLD pumping station and 3,375 m sewer line

In Baraula, the authority will establish a 10 million litre per day pumping station (10-metre deep) to pump sewer out of village lines and channelise it to the master sewer line; the project will cost ₹10 crore and include a 3,375 metre-long sewer line.
