The CBI arrested Mangilal Biwal, Vikas Biwal and Dinesh Biwal from Jaipur, along with Yash Yadav from Gurugram and Shubham Khairnar from Nashik. The accused were produced before a judge in Jaipur on Wednesday evening. A CBI official said they were being taken to Delhi on transit remand. In conversations with media while in the vehicle, one of the accused alleged that bigwigs were being protected while ordinary people are harassed.
SOG raid in Khera village; Yash Yadav nabbed; origins of guess paper traced
Based on technical input and intelligence, Rajasthan's Special Operations Group raided Khera village in the Farrukhnagar area late Monday night and nabbed Yash Yadav from his home in Gurugram. Yadav is described as a BAMS student who lives in Gurugram and is said to be a first-year student at Manjira Devi Medical College in Uttarakhand, having previously lived in Sikar where he attended coaching classes. It is believed he came into contact with people linked to the racket in Sikar. The SOG said the origins of a guess paper containing questions similar to those asked in the exam were traced to a student from Sikar district pursuing an MBBS in Kerala, who allegedly shared it with friends and a hostel owner.
