Tender for nine BKC plots announced
MMRDA floated a tender for nine plots in Bandra Kurla Complex's G block, covering about 53,461 sq m (roughly 13 acres). Five commercial plots carry a reserve price of ₹4,82,992 per sq m built-up area (BUA), while four residential plots have a reserve price of around ₹3,52,008 per sq m BUA. The total permissible BUA is 212,764 sq m (137,076 sq m commercial; 75,688 sq m residential). The largest plot is C75 with a reserve price of ₹1,432.55 crore. Bids are to be submitted by June 25, with a pre-bid meeting on May 25.
DY Patil Education Group allotted G block plot
A 5,117.85-square-meter plot in G block of BKC was allotted to DY Patil Education Group for an educational institute.
Jupiter Lifeline Hospitals allotted G block plot
