The new group housing scheme is named 'Lake View Apartment' and will offer 3-BHK plus servant-room flats with modern amenities in a prime location. Each flat will have a super area of about 217 square metres and is priced around ₹1.14 crore. Planning and approval processes are underway, with construction-related formalities expected to begin soon.
