Acting on persistent surveillance, troops detected suspicious movement approximately 300 metres inside Indian territory in the Krishna Ghati sector, Poonch, along the Line of Control at around 4:00 pm on May 12, 2026. The White Knight Corps swiftly responded and foiled the infiltration bid, ensuring no breach of the LoC. One intruder was neutralised. Sources said the intruder was suspected to be linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba and was near Bicho Post in Mankote.
