The platform would serve as the primary interface for the Chief Minister's Office and provide a framework for managing professional calendars of government officers across the State. It would allow departments to submit meeting requests through a centralised digital platform; once approved, calendars would synchronise with concerned officers and instant notifications would be sent to the respective departments.
Launch of Unified Digital Calendar and Appointment Management System
Sukhu launched the integrated platform named Unified Digital Calendar and Appointment Management System, aimed at streamlining appointment scheduling and official meeting coordination with the Chief Minister.
Security features and verification for gate passes
The system incorporates OTP-based authentication and Aadhaar-enabled face authentication. Security personnel will carry out entry verification by scanning barcodes on the digitally generated gate passes.
