It was noted that there are nine WTPs—Sonia Vihar, Bhagirathi, Chandrawal, Wazirabad, Haiderpur, Nangloi, Okhla, Bawana and Dwarka—that collectively produce around 900 MGD, with about 135 MGD supplied via tubewells; the number of operational tubewells had been increased from 5,834 to 6,200 under the summer action plan.
