The table items included: 1) reconstruction of a multi-level parking facility near Sector-17's 30 bays building (₹24.69 crore) declared unsafe by IIT Roorkee; 2) reconstruction of another multi-level parking facility near Sector-17's 17 bays building and Telephone Exchange (₹16.62 crore) also declared unsafe; and 3) modernisation of the multispecies abattoir complex in Industrial Area Phase-I (₹48.88 crore) involving waste treatment upgrades and hygiene improvements. The combined table and supplementary agendas were approved for 2026-27 under the civic works head.
