A case under sections 121(1), 126(2), 132, 263 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered at the Sector 36 police station. It was not immediately clear whether Kumar was carrying drugs at the time he was stopped.
Kumar flees on motorcycle; family involvement; arrests later
Amid the commotion, Kumar reportedly fled on a motorcycle with the help of another person. Police later arrested four women, including Kumar’s mother Reena, 42, in connection with the incident.
