Tenor and moratorium for airlines and MSMEs
Airlines have a seven-year tenor from the date of first disbursement with a two-year moratorium; MSMEs and non-MSMEs have a five-year tenor with a one-year moratorium.
Credit guarantee coverage under ECLGS 5.0
The scheme provides 100 per cent credit guarantee coverage for MSMEs and 90 per cent coverage for non-MSMEs as well as the airline sector to Member Lending Institutions (MLIs) by the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited (NCGTC) for the amount in default under the facility.
