Signing of three MoUs and related engagements in Delhi/Gujarat
During the visit, CBU signed a five-year MoU with BML Munjal University's School of Engineering and Technology and a second agreement with the National Education Forum (NEF). The university also formalised a partnership with Lok Jagruti Kendra University in Gujarat, and held discussions with Parul University and Navrachana University. In Delhi, Dingwall met Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood to discuss collaboration in artificial intelligence, community development and startup ecosystems; in Gujarat, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi hosted meetings in Gandhinagar on talent pipelines in semiconductors, renewable energy and automotive manufacturing, with potential opportunities linked to the Dholera Special Investment Region. The discussions highlighted hybrid learning models enabling Indian students to begin foundational coursework domestically before transferring to CBU's campus in Sydney.
